It all seemed to start well with the normal mid-field battles taking place, Ben doing his best hulk impression and the Munch boys flying everywhere. We seemed quite comfortable until the talentless big guy that they had up front struck a speculative shot which Barry seemed to land on and it some how made it into the net. Not my best ever moment!

From then on, in true Sarum fashion, we seemed to stop talking and a few heads went down. Despite that we (unfairly) had a goal disallowed when Ben turned a Chris Mills corner in from the edge and was judged to be in the area. Chris then stepped up to make me feel much better and equalise with a well finished run and shot.

From then on they rarely threatened with a few longer range efforts but 1-1 half time seemed fair.

Second half was much the same with both teams having 1 on 1's only to find both keepers up to the challenge.

Penalties!!!! Sarum keep their heads! I can see the headline but some great penalties and a miss by the opposition and Sarum march on! Hurrah!

Darn! Forgot to mention Chris's short shorts!

What short shorts? It's just that my legs a so long and gangly that they make any shorts seem..err...short.
